Our mobile app only allows one camera to be viewed at a time with a live feed. When more than one viewer requests to watch a live feed from the same camera, the camera owner can choose who has the priority to access it with Viewer Priority (including Trust Circle members).
⚠️Note: Viewer Priority is an Android-Viewer-device-only feature.
In this article, you will learn more about the different Viewer Priority settings and how to set up your Viewer Priority:

What are the Viewer Priority settings?
There are 3 Viewer Priority settings you can choose from:
- Always Accept 🔓
This default setting allows any incoming viewer to connect to an occupied Camera device. This means the current viewer’s session will be terminated once another incoming viewer connects to the same Camera. The terminated viewer will see the error code 1019: - Owner First 🔐
This setting gives the camera owner priority over other viewers. When a viewer is viewing a live feed, and the owner connects to the same Camera, the current viewer’s session will be terminated. The terminated viewer will see the error code 1019:
When an incoming viewer tries to connect to the same Camera that the owner is viewing at the moment, they will see the error code 1018 (or 1016): - Always Reject 🔒
This setting will reject any connection attempts from incoming viewers when the camera is occupied. All incoming viewers will see the error code 1018 (or 1016):
Can I set up Viewer Priority if one of my devices (Viewer/Camera) is iOS?
Unfortunately, Viewer Priority does not support iOS devices. You can only set Viewer Priority when both Viewer and Camera devices are Android devices. If one of your Viewer or Camera devices is an iOS device, your Viewer Priority setting will be set as "Always reject" by default. Please see below for examples:
