If your Camera devices are taken, stolen, or damaged, here are the three steps you can take.
1. Back up video evidence
Your Motion Detection videos are saved on the cloud and are kept there for 7 days (30 if you have Alfred Premium). Please follow the tutorial to save/download any footage Alfred might have captured the theft.
2. Change your email password
Go to your email's support and change your password to make sure your account stays safe.
3. Remotely lock or erase a lost device
Did you know Alfred now comes with a Passcode Lock? Please enable Passcode Lock so whatever happens to your device, the footage that has been recorded will be safe and sound.
