When Alfred uploads a video from your Camera device to the cloud, it uploads a snapshot before it uploads the video. If the connection is interrupted after the snapshot was uploaded, you may see the snapshot but not see the videos:
- Reboot the Camera device
- Clear device's internal storage, cache, and data
- Troubleshoot connection issues
- Find stronger network reception
- If the Events video is less than 5 seconds long, there will only be a snapshot but no video
- Switch back to Camera 1.0 mode
- Open Alfred on your Camera device
- Tap on the settings button
- Swipe to Advanced
- Tap on Go Back to Camera v1.0
