We do not provide partial refunds for partially used periods or complete refunds for other purchases. In the following circumstances, exceptions may be made but are not guaranteed (ex: Alfred's No-Ads-for-Life/Plus Plan is non-refundable).
- A refund request for a subscription offering is submitted within 7 days of the transaction date
- Refunds are required by law in the country / jurisdiction of purchase
You can also submit a refund request directly from the platform you purchased Alfred from:
- Google Play
If you subscribed using your Google Play Store account, you can request for a refund directly with Google within 48 hours of purchase. Please follow the instructions on this Google article. - App Store
If you subscribed using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not Alfred. To request a refund, please go to App Store, click on your Apple ID, select “Purchase history,” find the transaction and hit “Report Problem”. You can also submit a request at this website. - PayPal
If you subscribed using your PayPal directly, you may request for a refund in the Resolution Center. Please check out how to do that in this article.
Note
If none above works, you can still fill out this form. We will investigate the situation after receiving the request.
