Although we'd love for everyone to enjoy using the Alfred app, we understand that there may come a time when you'd like to delete your account. Please follow the steps provided to submit an account deletion request:

How to submit a delete account request?
- Contact us via the in-app "Report an Issue" channel
- Select "Account & Settings > Account & Device Management > Delete my Alfred account" as the category
- Make sure you read and accept all the information, and then tap “Delete Account”
⚠️ Note: Once your account is deleted, all data will be permanently deleted in 30 days.
- Enter the verification code that Alfred sends to your email with the subject “Your AlfredCamera Verification Code”
- Submit your request

For Premium Users
Deleting your Alfred account does not mean your subscription will be canceled or refunded, please see How do I cancel my subscription? Or How do I transfer my Membership/Subscription?
⚠️ Note: If you use the Alfred Web version, you can only submit via Contact us > Sign in with Google. If you sign in with Apple ID/Email, please submit it in the app.
Can I revoke the account deletion request?
Once you submit the request, your account will be scheduled to be deleted within 30 days. However, if you change your mind within 7 days of submission, you can contact us via "Report an Issue > Account & Settings > Account & Device Management > Others" to revoke your account deletion.
