To transfer your membership to another account, please fill out this form and provide us with:
- The email account used for the membership
- Order number (Please find in the Google Play Store, App Store, or PayPal)
- The email account used for the membership
⚠️ Note: Videos in Event Book and Moments will not be transferred to the new account. If you wish to keep all the videos, please save them to your local storage by following the instructions in How do I share and save videos?
