In the following paragraph, you may find the corresponding situation when you're having trouble during the pairing process of your AlfredCam.
If the Status LED is slowly blinking Green 🟢, but you're unable to pair with your Wi-Fi successfully, you should see the error message along with the voice command below:

Please choose a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi or insert the correct Wi-Fi name |

Check if there are any settings blocking Alfred, such as the firewall or MAC address filters |
303 | Incorrect Wi-Fi password |
Make sure you entered the correct password |
304 | Unstable Wi-Fi signal |
Please bring your camera closer to the router for a better connection |
If the Status LED is slowly blinking ORANGE 🟠, it indicates the server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request, please try again in a few minutes or reconnect your AlfredCam to a power source again.
If the Status LED is fast blinking RED 🔴 and GREEN 🟢 during the pairing process, you should see the error message along with the voice command below:

General Troubleshooting Tips
- Make sure to peel off the plastic sticker on your lens before you start to pair the device
- Make sure to use the cable and power adaptor that came with your original package
- Adjust the brightness of the screen of your Viewer device
- Scanning the QR code with different angles
- AlfredCam only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, please make sure you choose a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
