When will I receive my pre-order?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your package has been shipped. You can find the details for the estimated delivery date of your order under the Shipping Details Page in the AlfredCamera app. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices and delivery location.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before your package gets shipped. To check your shipping status, please find it under the Order Management Page in the AlfredCamera app. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us via the in-app "Report an Issue" channel (Choose "Order & Subscription > My orders > Can I cancel my order?").
Why was my payment declined?
Currently, we use PayPal as our third-party payment processor. If you are experiencing a payment failure, please see the suggested instructions in PayPal’s help center.
My order status is delivered but I did not receive it
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it: Please check with your housemates, neighbors, or your mailbox. The carrier may have been placed in a more secure area if available. If you still cannot locate the package after 7 business days, please contact us via the in-app "Report an Issue" channel for further assistance (Choose "Order & Subscription > My orders > My order status is delivered but I did not receive it").
How to activate my Premium free trial?
Your free trial will be activated right after your AlfredCam is paired up with your account. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your one-month free trial is activated, and later when you are charged automatically for the second month of Alfred Premium.
