Some of you may have noticed that your account was switched back to the Free status during Nov 4-7 due to the order cancellation by Google Play Store. We are fully aware of this issue and this system glitch has been recovered.
A full refund will be issued back to you via Google Play Store in 7 days. All you need to do is to upgrade to Alfred Premium again. You can check your order status from the steps below:
- Sign in to your Play Console.
- On the left menu, select Order management

- Select Alfred Premium
- Check the order status
If your order hasn't been refunded yet, please contact Google Play Store Support directly to check the refund progress.
