Dear Android Users,
Some of our Android users may have encountered the app crash because Google is having an issue with WebView App. Google has confirmed the problem causing some apps on Android to stop running. They are currently working to fully validate the scope and a fix is in progress.
If you’re having this problem, here's the workaround for you:
- If your Android System WebView is enabled, try Settings > Apps > Show System Apps > Android System WebView > Uninstall Update
- If your Android System WebView is disabled, you will need to disable Chrome as a temporary fix. Go to Settings > Apps > Chrome > Disable
Hope the information helps! We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
